Ordering Information

To place your order, you will be required to set up and account. Your account can be set up at checkout, or before placing your order. To set up your account from the Home Screen, please click on the "My Account" link located on the Tool Bar below the "Check Out" button. From there, you will be taken to the Welcome/Sign In page. Click on the "Click Here to Create a Login Account" button and complete the information requested. Please include complete shipping and billing information on your account form.

If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item and ship your order minus the items on backorder. When the backordered item comes in, we will ship to your location. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items, but will be calculated at checkout based on your order. In stock items will ship within 1 - 2 business days.


We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Before returning any defective or damaged items, please email your QUIKRETE Customer Service Representative at martha@orderswag.com for return authorization. Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. If merchandise you receive is damaged during shipping, be sure to indicate this by writing on your delivery receipt. Exchanges for sizes are permitted; however, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Swag Promo LLC agrees to treat as confidential all employee non-public personal information transferred or conveyed Swag Promo LLC from QUIKRETE, its employees or agents. Non Information (Information) includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, numbers of employees and all other additional personal information supplied by QUIKRETE,employees or agents to Swag Promo LLC. Swag Promo LLC will use the Information solely for specifically authorized and intended in this Agreement. Swag Promo LLC will not sell, otherwise transfer nor permit its employees or agents to sell, assign, or otherwise transfer Information other than as contemplated in this Agreement.

Custom Items

While this catalog contains carefully selected items that represent the professional image of QUIKRETE, we realize that there may be a need for additional specialty items. You have access to thousands of different imprinted items which can be developed for any special event or program. If you are interested in items not shown in this catalog, contact your QUIKRETE Customer Representative at martha@orderswag.com for more information.

Prices do not include shipping, handling, or sales tax.
Production times will vary among products described.
For bulk/drop ship items, some products are subject to overruns or underruns, and will be billed accordingly.
